These terms form a contract between you and neporti app. By creating an account you agree to them. We've written them in plain English and cut out everything that doesn't need to be there.
neporti app ("Neporti", "we", "us") makes property management software for UK landlords. "You" means whoever has signed up for an account. neporti app is a wholly owned subsidiary of DoorES Ltd.
You need to be at least 18 to use Neporti. Keep your login details safe - you're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
Please give us accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts where we have good reason to think information is false.
Neporti is a tool for organising your property information - financials, compliance dates, maintenance issues, waste schedules. It is not a legal, financial, or tax adviser. Nothing in the app should be taken as advice of any kind. For that, please speak to a qualified professional.
We can change, suspend, or remove features at any time. If a change meaningfully reduces what your current paid plan can do, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice.
The Solo plan is free forever and lets you manage one property. No card needed, no catch.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before then.
Cancel any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods.
If a payment fails, we'll retry automatically and email you to let you know. After 7 days of failed payment your account moves to a read-only grace period. After 30 days it may be suspended.
Your data belongs to you - always. We process it only to run the service. You can export or delete it whenever you like. When you close your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. The full picture is in our Privacy Policy.

Each property gets a private link for tenants to report issues. Don't share it publicly - it's meant for your tenants only. If a link is ever compromised, you can regenerate it from your property settings.
Reports from tenants are visible only to you. How you act on them - and how you communicate with tenants - is your responsibility under applicable tenancy law.
Neporti's software, design, and branding belong to neporti app and are protected by UK copyright law. These terms don't give you any right to use our name, logo, or trademarks.
Everything you enter into the service - your property data, notes, and so on - belongs to you.
To the extent permitted by law, neporti app isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service - things like lost revenue, lost data, or missed business opportunities.
If we are found liable for something, the most we'll owe you is what you paid us in the 3 months before the issue arose.
None of this affects liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything that can't legally be excluded under UK law.
We do our best to keep Neporti running smoothly, but we can't promise 100% uptime. We'll give as much warning as we can for planned maintenance, and we're not responsible for downtime caused by things outside our control.
We may update these terms. If we make meaningful changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect. If you carry on using Neporti after that date, we'll take that as acceptance. If you disagree, you can cancel your account before the changes kick in.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
